1. Payments and Deposit
All charges are billed in Euros. Because of our small size, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The minimum stay is two nights. We accept payment by credit card or by check. We prefer to accept major credit cards for payment, however, deposit checks are accepted in Euros, American dollars or British pounds. Any discrepancy resulting from the exchange rate or bank fees will be applied to your final bill. The prices provided in other currencies are for informational purposes only.

2. Vacation/Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday/vacation insurance to ensure that you are not held responsible for costs associated with last-minute schedule changes.

3. Cancellation Policy
Refunds may only be given if the cancellation is received in writing six months before your scheduled arrival date. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you take out vacation/holiday insurance.

4. Personal Property
Moulin de Fontbouillant cannot be held responsible for personal property in case of loss, theft or damage.

5. Personal Safety
We have made every effort at Fontbouillant to ensure our guests have a safe and happy holiday. Deep water is fenced, and the barriers should never be crossed. The swimming pool area is also fenced. Children should never swim without the supervision of a parent or guardian. Swimming is at your own risk.
